We reserve the right to request anyone to leave a class, dance or other event if that person(s) is or becomes confrontational, argumentative, antagonistic or otherwise disruptive to the class, dance or event in progress. In such cases, any fees already paid by the client/student are forfeited.

		MINIMUM CLASS SIZE IS: 4/individuals who have commited for the entire month is required for each class. After minimums have been met, then drop-in students will be gladly accepted. Classes are canceled 24/hours before scheduled start date/time if minimums are not met, so don't wait until the last minute.		Beginning Levels (60-minutes) $82 (8-classes) Payable all at once or 2/installments of $41/each - Otherwise - Monthly rate is $44/month	2-Payment Installment Option * Installment Option requires Two (2) Post Dated Checks to be presented at or before the first class for the term
		PAYMENT OPTIONS: Tuition for the entire term is due at the first night of class at the beginning of of the term. Monthly instalment options are available. No refunds or prorates. A $25 NSF Fee will be added to all returned checks. A $10 Late Fee will be added to tuition received after the first week.		Intermediate or Advance Levels (60-minutes) $86 (8-classes) Payable all at once or 2/installments of $43/each - Otherwise - Monthly rate is $48/month	Check #1 dated July 7th Check #2 dated August 2nd
Photo by: David Duncan		REFUNDS & TRANSFERS: Unless the class is canceled, there are no refunds 24/hours before class is scheduled to start or after the first class begins. Fees cover only the class registered for and cannot be transferred to another person or series of classes. No refunds or prorates for student's absentees, nor can fees be "rolled over" to future classes. A $25 NSF feel will be added to all returned checks.		Monday Troupe (90-minutes) $106 (8-classes) Payable all at once or 2/installments of $53/each - Otherwise - Monthly rate is $56/month	* All Installment checks must be presented on or before the first class of the term to receive the term discount. If you wish to pay month-to-month then the higher monthly fee applies.
		MAKE-UP CLASSES: Make ups are at the instructor's discretion. However, because of the tight schedule, there are generally no make-up classes and no proration or "roll over" of fees if you miss one of the sessions. The material from the previous week is briefly reviewed at the beginning of each session.		Students are welcome to join class at any time. Please call for class fees if you are coming into a class later in the term. We can tell you what the adjusted fee will be to complete the term. (503) 363-3341
		CANCELLATIONS: Classes will be cancelled if minimum pre-registration numbers are not met 24/hours prior to class start date, so don't wait until the last minute. Classes will be cancelled for inclement weather or if for some reason the instructor cannot make the class. In such cases, the series will be extended an additional week (if possible) -OR- the remaining session(s) will run an addition 30 minutes.		Summer Belly Fun Classes for Kids will meet on Wednesdays August 4 - 25, 2010 3 - 4pm, Ages 9 - 14 $37/child (4-classes)
GIFT CERTIFICATES Gift Certificates Please Read (*) Note to the Right: $40/each, can be applied to Group Classes or Private Lessons Number of Certificates		GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift certificates are a wonderful way to share dance with someone. Gift Certificates come in $40 increments and can be used toward regularly scheduled RJ Dance Studio group classes or private lessons. Gift Certificates cannot be used toward special events or guest instructor workshops. (*) PLEASE NOTE: Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, returned or refunded. Every year we get calls from recipients of Gift Certificates asking to be given the cash equivalent value of the Certificate because they have no interest in dance, their schedule will not allow them to attend classes, or that the Gift was simply unwanted or not appropriate for them. Therefore, please be sure that your Gift of Dance will be welcomed and used within the expiration period. Gift Certificates usually have a 6-month expiration period. This is to encourage recipients to "Get Around To It" sooner rather than later. It also reduces the accounting nightmares of holding Certificates on the books indefinitely.		PRIVATE LESSONS: One-on-one lessons are a great way to improve your own dancing, clear up any confusion, or get ready for that special occasion. Private lessons are defined as a one hour lesson with one student. Cost is $40/hr - for Private Belly Dance coaching. Every effort is made to accommodate the student's needs. However, private lessons are scheduled by appointment only and are subject to availability of time, space and the instructor, so rescheduling a canceled hour may not be possible. Therefore, please consider your own availability carefully when scheduling. If you are wanting to schedule a private group class or lesson for you and your friends, then our regular group prices and minimums apply.
